THE JUNGLE RESTORATION

MAY 2020


We are really excited to be part of the restoration of a section of the Harvey River once known by the locals as “The Jungle”. The area was a thick impenetrable mass of introduced weeds and exotic trees.


Now after 12 months of intensive work by the Harvey Shire and GP Forestry the natural beauty of the area has been revealed. The latest work includes the planting of hundreds of local native plants.
