JUNE 2019
In January 2016 a bushfire rampaged through the town of Yarloop taking two precious lives and destroying 181 homes. The fire ran for 17 days and burnt over 69,000 hectares.
Two and a half years later the town is still recovering. GP Forestry was humbled to be able to make a small contribution to the recovery by providing and establishing native revegetation in the town’s information bay on the highway.
We look forward to these plants thriving in the years to come.
